January 13, 2023 Approval for Transfer of Important Property of Japan Post Co., Ltd.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) today approved the transfer of important property belonging to Japan Post Co., Ltd.
MIC today approved the transfer of important property in response to an application from Japan Post Co., Ltd. (headed by KINUGAWA Kazuhide, President & CEO), based on the provisions of Article 11 of the Act on Japan Post Co., Ltd. (Act No. 100 of 2005).
The outline of the application to transfer important property is as follows.
