November 24, 2023 Approval of Basic Satellite Broadcasting Operations in the Right-handed Circular Polarization Bands of BS Broadcasting

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has today approved the operations of basic satellite broadcasting (ultra-high-definition television broadcasting (limited to 4K broadcasting)) in the right-handed circular polarization bands of BS broadcasting.

MIC has today approved the operations of basic satellite broadcasting (ultra-high-definition television broadcasting (limited to 4K broadcasting)) in the right-handed circular polarization bands of BS broadcasting, based on the report received from the Radio Regulatory Council (chaired by SASASE Iwao, Professor Emeritus at Keio University) on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
The approved applicants are listed in the attachment.
