December 15, 2023 Holding ICT Innovation Forum 2023

Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will hold the ICT Innovation Forum 2023 to present the results of research and development (R&D) of information and communications technology and to introduce R&D trends related to R&D projects completed in the previous fiscal year in order to create innovation that paves the way for the future.

1. Purpose

MIC is working on promoting research and development in the field of information and communications that responds to social and economic needs and fosters innovation.
ICT Innovation Forum 2023 aims to promote the utilization and social deployment of the R&D results of the Strategic Information and Communications R&D Promotion Programme (SCOPE)*, one of the R&D projects promoted by MIC, through exhibitions and other activities.

*Strategic Information and Communications R&D Promotion Programme (SCOPE): A competitive fund for R&D in the ICT field and a project that outsources the R&D of issues rich in originality and novelty to create innovation in the ICT field.

2. Time, date, and venue

• Time and date: 10:30 am to 6:10 pm on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 (Registration starts at 10:00 am)
• Venue: Tokyo Port City Takeshiba Port Hall

3. Program
