December 8, 2023 Report to the Diet on NHK’s FY2022 Business Report

Under the provisions of Article 72, Paragraph 2 of the Broadcasting Act, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has today attached the opinion of the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications to a business report received from the Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK for short) for fiscal 2022 and submitted the report to the Diet through the Cabinet. At the same time, based on Article 74, Paragraph 3 of the Act, MIC has submitted the financial statements received from NHK to the Diet through the Cabinet.
The Minister’s opinion on NHK’s fiscal 2022 business report is included as an attachment.
