April 17, 2023 Start of Acceptance of Applications for FY2023 Project to Dispatch Regional Computerization Advisors

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has commissioned 196 experts as Regional Computerization Advisors for FY2023. MIC will start accepting applications for the dispatch of Regional Computerization Advisors under the Dispatch System of Regional Computerization Advisors.

1. Dispatch System of Regional Computerization Advisors

MIC has been implementing a project since FY2007 by commissioning experts as Regional Computerization Advisors. These experts are well-versed in solving regional issues through information and communications technology (ICT) and data utilization. The advisors are dispatched to provide guidance and advice on ICT utilization upon request from local public entities, including local governments.

2. Acceptance of dispatch applications

Starting today, MIC will accept FY2023 applications for the dispatch of Regional Computerization Advisors. As in previous years, multiple application deadlines will be set to review and determine the dispatch of advisors. The currently established application deadlines are listed below. If you are in charge of this matter at a local government or public entity, please consider actively using this system.

Deadline for the 1st application: Until 3 pm on Friday, April 28

Deadline for the 2nd application: Until 3 pm on Wednesday, May 31

Deadline for the 3rd application: Until 3 pm on Friday, June 30

Deadline for the 4th application: Until 3 pm on Monday, July 31

Deadline for the 5th application: Until 3 pm on Thursday, August 31

Deadline for the 6th application: Until 3 pm on Friday, September 29

Deadline for the 7th application: Until 3 pm on Tuesday, October 31

Deadline for the 8th application: Until 3 pm on Thursday, November 30

Deadline for the 9th application: Until 3 pm on Friday, December 22

*Please note that MIC may not accept further applications once dispatch expenses reach the budgetary limit.
