June 12, 2023 Results of Public Solicitation for Project on Digital Utilization Support under FY2022 Second Supplementary Budget (Organizations to Implement Instructor Dispatch Type of Project)

With regard to a public solicitation for implementing organizations for the Project on Digital Utilization Support under the second supplementary budget for fiscal 2022, Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC, a subsidized company (executive organization), has selected a number of organizations that will dispatch instructors.

1. Project overview

The Project on Digital Utilization Support aims to hold seminars to provide advice and consultation on online administrative procedures via smartphones and dispatch lecturers to these seminars in familiar places to alleviate the concerns of older people and others regarding digital technology.
Through Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC, a subsidized company (hereafter referred to as the “executive organization”), MIC accepted applications from Saturday, May 20 through Wednesday, May 31, 2023, from implementing organizations that dispatch lecturers for this project.

2. Adoption results

As a result of the public solicitation, a total of six applications were received for the lecturer dispatch type. The following applicants were selected based on the evaluation results by an evaluation committee of external experts established under the executive organization.

3. Period of submission for public solicitation of R&D proposals

Noon on Monday, June 19 through 6:00 pm on Monday, July 31, 2023 (Japan Standard Time)
