June 14, 2023 Approval of Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd.’s Resolution on Surplus Disposal
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) today granted approval to a resolution by Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. regarding the disposal of its surplus.
Today, under Article 11 of the Act on Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (Act No. 98 of 2005), the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has granted approval to a resolution submitted by Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (represented by MASUDA Hiroya, Director, Executive Officer, President & CEO) regarding the disposal (dividend) of its surplus.
The total amount to be disposed of as surplus is approximately 173 billion yen.
