June 21, 2023 Release of the Summary Results of FY2022 Survey on Actual Radio Spectrum Usage

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) compiled a summary of the results of the 2022 Survey on Actual Radio Spectrum Usage for radio stations other than base stations for telecommunications services under the provisions of Article 26-2, Paragraph 1 of the Radio Act (Act No. 131 of 1950). Therefore, MIC releases this report in accordance with the provisions of Article 26-2, Paragraph 2 of the Radio Act.

Radio stations other than base stations for telecommunications services that use frequency bands below 714 MHz and that are operated by the national government, local governments, or the private sector as of April 1, 2022

Survey Items specified in Article 5, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Ministerial Ordinance on Actual Radio Spectrum Usage Survey and Evaluation of the Degree of Effective Utilization of Radio Spectrum (Ministerial Ordinance No. 110 of 2002), and survey methods specified in Paragraph 2 through Paragraph 7 and Article 6 of the Ministerial Ordinance
