June 22, 2023 Approval of Resolutions for Appointment of Auditors, Partial Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation, and Appropriation of Retained Earnings of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 10, Paragraph 2, and Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the Act Concerning Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, etc., the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has today approved the resolutions concerning the appointment of auditors, partial amendment to the Articles of Incorporation, and the appropriation of retained earnings submitted by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation on May 12, 2023.
