1. Project name
Chino City’s "Project to Strengthen Childcare Support Systems by Linking Electronic Maternal and Child Health Handbook Data Based on the City OS and Online Pediatric Medical Consultation Services Provided by Doctors at Night and on Holidays"
2. Description
It is a project aiming at providing childcare and medical support for the child-rearing generation by digitizing information on administrative support and maternal and child health handbooks using the "Electronic Maternal and Child Health Handbook App" and linking it to the "Online Pediatric Medical Consultation for Night and Holidays App" via the City OS to reduce the burden on doctors and administrative officials. In particular, this project, launched following the closure of the Suwa District Pediatric Nighttime Emergency Medical Center operated by the Suwa Regional Association, is the first in the country to build a system for online pediatric medical consultations by doctors outside the area even at night and on holidays and to enhance medical consultation services with prior consent by digitizing maternal and child health handbooks and pregnancy notifications and linking them to the City OS. The project will reduce the burden not only on residents but also on administrative officials and staff at medical institutions and will increase the added value of the region, which is aiming to "realize a town chosen by young people," as stated in the Second Phase of the Chino City Comprehensive Strategy for Regional Revitalization.
