December 2, 2024 Announcement of the Results of Solicitation for Opinions on the Overview of the Draft Ministerial Ordinance to Partially Amend the Regulations for Enforcement of the Act on Identification of Subscribers by Carriers and Prevention of Improper Use of Mobile Voice Communications Services (provisionally named and hereinafter referred to as the "Draft Ministerial Ordinance")

 The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) solicited opinions on the overview of the Draft Ministerial Ordinance from Wednesday, September 11, 2024, to Thursday, October 10, 2024. As a result, seven opinions were submitted.

 The MIC prepared an overview of the Draft Ministerial Ordinance, and solicited opinions from Wednesday, September 11, 2024, to Thursday, October 10, 2024.

 Seven opinions were submitted.

3. Promulgation and enforcement of the ministerial ordinance

 Based on the results of the opinion solicitation, the Draft Ministerial Ordinance was finalized, promulgated, and put into effect as of today.
