December 2, 2024 Approval to Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd.’s Resolution on Disposal of Surplus

 The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) today approved a resolution to dispose of the surplus of Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd.

　MIC has today approved the resolution on disposition (dividend) of surplus applied for approval from Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (headed by MASUDA Hiroya, Director and Representative Executive Officer, President & CEO) based on Article 11 of the Act on Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (Act No. 98 of 2005).
　The total amount of the disposal of the surplus is approximately 77.4 billion yen.
