March 1, 2024 Results of the Solicitation for Opinions on the Draft Public Notice Specifying Minor Changes That Do Not Require Approval for Changes to the Maintenance Regulations of Radio Equipment, Pursuant to the Provisions of Article 40-3 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Radio Act and Appendix No. 4-3.

 The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) solicited opinions on the draft Notice specifying minor changes that do not require approval for changes to the Maintenance Regulations of Radio Equipment pursuant to the provisions of Article 40-3 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Radio Act (Radio Regulatory Commission Rules No.14 of 1950) and Appendix No. 4-3. The solicitation of opinions was conducted from Saturday, December 16, 2023, to Friday, January 19, 2024.
 As a result, two opinions were submitted.

1. Subject of solicitation for opinions

 The draft Notice specifying minor changes that do not require approval for changes to the Maintenance Regulations of Radio Equipment pursuant to the provisions of Article 40-3 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Radio Act (Radio Regulatory Commission Rules No.14 of 1950) and Appendix No. 4-3.

2. Future plans

 Based on the results, the MIC will promptly proceed with the establishment of the Notice.
