 NTT DOCOMO, INC., applied for a ruling to the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), alleging that negotiations between the parties regarding the interconnection with Colt Technology Services Co. Ltd.’s telecommunications facilities has failed, based on Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Telecommunications Business Act.
 After examining the application, MIC has consulted with the Telecommunications Dispute Settlement Committee about the ruling based on Article 160, Paragraph 1 of the Telecommunications Business Act.

2. Future plans

 MIC will make a ruling after receiving the report from the Committee.
