March 29, 2024 Approval of the Basic Satellite Broadcasting Operations Concerning Temporary Purpose Broadcasting of Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK)
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has today approved the basic satellite broadcasting operations for extraordinary and temporary purposes (temporary purpose broadcasting) for which an application was submitted by Japan Broadcasting Corporation (headed by President INABA Nobuo) under Article 93, Paragraph 2 of the Broadcasting Act (Act No. 132 of 1950).
