Telecommunications Dispute Resolution Committee Report Pertaining to the Ruling Applied for by NTT DOCOMO, INC. Pursuant to Article 35, Paragraph 3 of the Telecommunications Business Act
- Interconnection of Telecommunications Facilities between NTT Docomo, Inc. and Colt Technology Services Group Limited -

 The Telecommunications Dispute Resolution Committee (Chaired by attorney TAMURA Koichi) deliberated on an application for a ruling from NTT DOCOMO, INC. that was submitted for consultation by the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications on Friday, March 22, 2024, and issued its report today.

Particulars of the report

 On Tuesday, January 31, 2023, following the provisions of Article 35, Paragraph 3 of the Telecommunications Business Act (Act No. 86 of 1984), NTT DOCOMO, INC. applied to the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications for a ruling regarding the interconnection of telecommunications facilities with Colt Technology Services Group Limited. The Committee was consulted by the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications on Friday, March 22, 2024 for a ruling on this matter, pursuant to Article 160, Item 1 of the said Act.
 The Committee heard opinions, etc., from the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications and both parties and held five meetings to deliberate on the issue, and the Committee submitted its report today.
