June 5, 2024 Release of the Summary of the Results of the FY 2023 Actual Radio Spectrum Usage Survey (Radio Stations for Public Services)

 The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) compiled a summary of the results of the FY 2023 actual radio spectrum usage survey of radio stations for public services under the provisions of Article 26-2, Paragraph 1 of the Radio Act (Act No. 131 of 1950). Therefore, MIC will release this report following the provisions of Article 26-2, Paragraph 2 of the same Act.

1. Survey overview

 (1) Survey targets
 Systems operated by the government that were considered during the discussions of the Radio Policy Roundtable in the Age of Digital Transformation for radio stations (radio stations for public services) specified in Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Ministerial Ordinance on Actual Radio Spectrum Usage Survey and Evaluation of the Degree of Effective Utilization of Radio Spectrum (Ministerial Ordinance No. 110 of 2002)

 (2) Survey items and survey method
 Survey items specified in Article 5, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Ministerial Ordinance on Actual Radio Spectrum Usage Survey and Evaluation of the Degree of Effective Utilization of Radio Spectrum, and survey methods specified in Paragraph 3 of the same Article
