June 5, 2024 Publication of the Summary of the Results of the FY 2023 Actual Radio Spectrum Usage Survey (Various Radio Systems, Frequency Bands Above 714 MHz)

 The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) compiled a summary of the results of the FY 2023 actual radio spectrum usage survey for various radio systems that use frequency bands above 714 MHz following the provisions of Article 26-2, Paragraph 1 of Radio Act (Act No. 131 of 1950), which the Ministry has released under the provisions of Article 26-2, Paragraph 2 of the same Act.

 (1) Survey targets
 Radio stations* specified by Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Ministerial Ordinance on Actual Radio Spectrum Usage Survey and Evaluation of the Degree of Effective Utilization of Radio Spectrum (Ministerial Ordinance No. 110 of 2002) that use frequency bands above 714 MHz and operated by the national government, local governments, or the private sector as of April 1, 2023
 * Radio stations other than base stations for telecommunications businesses specified in Article 26-2, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Radio Act and radio stations for public services specified in Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Ministerial Ordinance on Actual Radio Spectrum Usage Survey and Evaluation of the Degree of Effective Utilization of Radio Spectrum

 (2) Survey items and survey method
 Survey items specified in Article 5, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Ministerial Ordinance on Actual Radio Spectrum Usage Survey and Evaluation of the Degree of Effective Utilization of Radio Spectrum, and survey methods specified in Paragraph 2 through Paragraph 7 of the same Article and Article 6 of the Ministerial Ordinance
