December 26, 2025 Announcement on Support for Japanese ICT Startups Exhibits at the “CES 2026” Pre-event

　The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will support 13 Japanese ICT startups exhibiting at the CES 2026 pre-event in Las Vegas, USA, in January 2026, as part of its initiative to help them expand into global markets.

1. Overview

　MIC is advancing initiatives to support Japanese ICT startups aiming to expand globally and achieve rapid growth. CES, one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions, provides a key opportunity to access global markets and foster collaboration with the U.S. venture ecosystem. Ahead of the main CES event, media-oriented pre-events such as “Launch IT” and “CES Unveiled” offer platforms to showcase startups’ technologies and business models to the world.
　MIC will support the exhibition of 10 companies at “Launch IT” and 9 companies at “CES Unveiled,” both scheduled for January 4, 2026.
