December 26, 2025 Results of Solicitation for Opinions on the “Annual Report on Market Validation in the Telecommunications Business Field (FY 2024) (Draft)” and Publication of the Annual Report

　The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) made an appeal for opinions from July 10, 2025 (Thursday) to August 8, 2025 (Friday) on the “Annual Report on Market Validation in the Telecommunications Business Field (FY 2024) (Draft)”. Accordingly, MIC is now releasing the appeal for opinions and the “Annual Report on Market Validation in the Telecommunications Business Field (FY2024)”.

1. Results of solicitation for opinions

　Based on the “Annual Plan on Market Validation in the Telecommunications Business Field (FY2024)”,MIC drafted the “Annual Report on Market Validation in the Telecommunications Business Field (FY 2024) (Draft)”.

　In response to the solicitation of opinions on this draft from Thursday, July 10,through Friday, August 8, 2025, 12 opinions were submitted.

2. Published materials

　MIC releases the finalized versions of the Annual Report on Market Validation in the Telecommunications Business Field (FY2024) prepared based on the submitted opinions and MIC’s views on these opinions.

　MIC will post the attached materials on the public comment page of the e-Gov(https://www.e-gov.go.jp) and make them available for viewing and obtaining copies at the contact point today on Friday, December 26.
