December 3, 2025 Approval of the Resolution on the Appropriation of Surplus Funds of Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd.
Today, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has approved the resolution on the appropriation of surplus funds of Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd.
Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (Representative Executive Officer and President: NEGISHI Kazuyuki) submitted an application for the approval of the appropriation of surplus funds. Today, the MIC has approved the application pursuant to Article 11 of the Act on Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (Act No. 98 of 2005).
The total amount of appropriation is approximately 71.8 billion yen.
