March 19, 2025 Approval of Regional Telecommunications Services Using Telecommunications Facilities of Other Telecommunications Carriers of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation

　The Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications has today approved the application submitted by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (headed by President KITAMURA Ryota, hereafter referred to as "NTT West") for the regional telecommunications services using telecommunications facilities of other telecommunications carriers.

　Under the provisions of the proviso in Article 2, Paragraph 5 of the Act on Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, etc. (Act No. 85 of 1984), the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications has today approved the application submitted by NTT West for the regional telecommunications services using telecommunications facilities of other telecommunications carriers.
