August 14, 2025 Results of the Solicitation for Opinions on the Draft Cabinet Order Partially Amending the Enforcement Order for the Telecommunications Business Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Enforcement Order")

　The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) solicited opinions on the Draft Cabinet Order partially amending the Enforcement Order from Saturday, June 21, 2025, to Tuesday, July 22, 2025. As a result, one opinion was submitted.
　The opinion submitted along with the MIC's position on them will be made available.

1. Results of opinion solicitation

　The MIC solicited opinions on the Draft Cabinet Order partially amending the Enforcement Order (Cabinet Order No. 75 of 1985) from Saturday, June 21, 2025, to Tuesday, July 22, 2025. As a result, one opinion was submitted.

2. Future schedule

　The Cabinet Order partially amending the Enforcement Order was promulgated today and will enter into force on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
