August 8, 2025 Results of the Public Solicitation for Organizations to Implement the Regional Collaboration (Online) Type of the "Project on Digital Utilization Support" under the FY2024 Supplementary Budget (hereinafter referred to as the "Utilization Support Project")

　In the public solicitation for implementing organizations for the“Project on Digital Utilization Support ”, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) selected organizations of the regional collaboration (Online) type through Deloitte Tohmatsu Telework Center Co., Ltd., a subsidized entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Executive Organization").

1. Purpose of the project

　To alleviate concerns about digital utilization among elderly people, the “Project on Digital Utilization Support ” holds seminars to provide advice and consultation on online administrative procedures using smartphones. The project aims to eliminate the digital divide, thereby creating a society in which everyone can enjoy the benefits of digitalization.
　The MIC accepted application forms from potential implementing entities that were publicly solicited for the Utilization Support Project through Deloitte Tohmatsu Telework Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Executive Organization"). The application period ran from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, to 11:59 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 2025.

2. Results of the adoption

　As a result of the public solicitation, a single application was received for the regional collaboration (Online) type. Based on the evaluation conducted by a committee of external experts established under the Executive Organization, the application was selected for adoption.
