August 8, 2025 Results of the Solicitation for Opinions on the Draft Report from the IP Network Equipment Committee
- "Telecommunications Accident Reporting System in Light of Changes in the Usage of Telecommunications Services" (hereinafter referred to as the "Telecommunications Accident Reporting System"), which forms part of "Technical Requirements for Telecommunications Facilities Enabling Network Switchover to IP (hereinafter referred to as the "IP Technical Requirements") -

　The IP Network Equipment Committee, chaired by AIDA Hitoshi, specially-appointed professor at the University of Tokyo, under the ICT Subcommittee of the Information and Communications Council compiled a draft report on the Telecommunications Accident Reporting System, which forms part of the IP Technical Requirements (Consultation No. 2020, dated October 31, 2005). The Committee solicited opinions on the draft report from Saturday, June 14, 2025, to Monday, July 14, 2025.
　As a result, seven opinions were submitted. The opinions submitted along with the Committee's position on them were made available.
