January 16, 2026 Holding of the MIC MRA International Workshop 2026

　The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will hold the MIC MRA International Workshop 2026 on March 3 (Tuesday) and March 4 (Wednesday), 2026.

1. Overview of the event

　Japan concluded a mutual recognition agreement (MRA) for telecommunications equipment with each of the following countries: the US, the European Union, the UK, and Singapore. Each MRA is now in effect. To ensure the smooth operation of the certification system and its expanded use, the MIC will invite relevant parties from these countries to the international workshop.

　(Day 2) Wednesday, March 4, 2026, 10:00-16:50 (JST)
　Note: The closing time of this workshop may be extended.

Event format: On site and online
