April 3, 2026 Results of the Opinion Solicitation on the Draft Directive Partially Amending the Examination Standards Related to the Radio Act

－Amendment to the Examination Standards for Airborne Weather Radar－

　The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) prepared the Draft Directive to partially amend the Examination Standards Related to the Radio Act (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Directive No. 67 of 2001) and solicited opinions from Wednesday, February 18, 2026, to Thursday, March 19, 2026.
　As a result, since a total of one opinion was submitted, the submitted opinion and the MIC’s positions on them will be made publicly available. Additionally, we notify that the Directive to partially amend the Examination Standards Related to the Radio Act was stipulated based on the results of opinion solicitation today.
