　Today, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has approved a resolution regarding the appointment of directors at Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd.

The approval was applied for by Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (Director and Representative executive Officer, President & CEO: NEGISHI Kazuyuki). Today, the MIC has approved it pursuant to Article 9 of the Act on Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (Act No. 98, 2005).
