The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) solicited opinions on the Draft Ministerial Ordinance from Saturday, March 14, 2026, to Monday, April 13, 2026. As a result, 18 opinions were submitted.

2 Results of solicitation for opinions
A total of 18 opinions were submitted in response to the solicitation.

3 Promulgation and enforcement of the ministerial ordinance
Based on the results of the opinion solicitation, the corresponding ministerial ordinance has been promulgated today to partially amend the Regulations for Enforcement of the Act on Identification of Subscribers and Prevention of Improper Use of Mobile Voice Communications Services by Carriers. The ordinance will come into effect on Thursday, April 1, 2027.
