Promoting International Exchange

 In recent years, the set of general rules of administrative institutions has been attracting a lot of attention from Asian countries as administrative underpinnings for attaining integrity and transparency in administrative procedures, and AMB has been sharing information regarding Japan’s Administrative Procedure Act and Administrative Complaint Review Act with other countries.

Past Information

Exchanges with Foreign Countries

In February 2020, the seminar to promote the establishment of E-Government was held in Viet Nam for the Prime Minister's Office and municipal officials.

In October 2019, the delegation from the State Council of the People's Republic of China visited the Ministry and participated in the training session on our country's digital government efforts.
On the same day, the delegation paid a courtesy call on State Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications TERADA.

In October 2019, a public-private research delegation led by Ms Rikke Zeberg, CEO of the Danish Agency of Digitalisation visited the Ministry and was briefed on AMB's digital government initiatives, followed by exchanging of views.

In September 2019, the delegation from the Indonesia’s House of Representatives, CommissionⅡ visited the Ministry and was briefed on AMB's digital government initiatives, followed by exchanging of views.

In August 2019, as part of JICA's "Capacity Building Project for Business Environment Improvement in Vietnam", training seminars were conducted in Japan and in Viet Nam for officials of the Prime Minister's Office and related organizations of Viet Nam.

In August 2019, Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications ISHIDA met Minister, Chairman of the Office of the Government of Viet Nam, Mr. Mai Tien DUNG, and exchanged views on cooperation between the two countries in the field of E-Government, followed by the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation with the Office of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in the field of E-Government.


In August 2018, the Department of Administrative Reform, Ministry of Home Affairs of Viet Nam visited the Ministry and exchanged views on administrative reform and E-Government.
