Outline of Prior Confirmation Procedures on the Application of Laws and Regulations
・A system in which private enterprises, etc. can confirm in advance with the national administrative organ having jurisdiction over the provisions of specific laws and regulations whether specific acts relating to their business activities are subject to the provisions of specific laws and regulations, and the administrative organ responds and discloses the contents.
・The scope of specific laws and regulations subject to the procedures and the period from the receipt of inquiries to the response and publication of the responses will be determined by the Cabinet Office and each Ministry in detailed regulations.
